Which should I start on?
Start on Free if you're new to Kaniva or your sales go up and down. You pay 2% of sales and nothing when you sell nothing, with everything included too. Most makers start here.
Move to Starter if your sales are steady and you'd rather pay a flat $29/mo with 0% to us. It covers no order cap.
The break-even: Starter costs less than Free once you sell more than $1,450/mo. You can switch any time from your billing page.
Card processing (Stripe, PayPal) is charged by them on every plan.
Card processing is separate
Stripe, PayPal, and other card processors charge their own fees on every plan. Those fees are not Kaniva’s platform fee. On Starter, Kaniva’s platform fee on sales is 0%. On Free, Kaniva’s platform fee is 2% of sales.

Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay yearly and you pay ten months' price: two months free.

How do I start?
Start a free trial at /register, or call (612) 460-0069 and the agent sets your store up on the call. No credit card is required to begin, and when the trial ends your store is on Free until you pick otherwise.
Do you migrate a store from another platform?
Yes. We move your products and customers for free, up to 500 products and 5,000 customers. Order history and bigger stores are quoted after a short call. See what's included.
Is receipt scanning included in Accounting?
Receipt OCR is pay-per-use and is separate from every plan's price and from the Pay As You Go platform fee.
